At APF Activity Camps, the Site Manager plays a central role in setting the tone, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high standards of safety, communication, and inclusion. You’re not just coordinating — you’re leading by example.

You’re the first to arrive, the last to check the gates, and the one families trust when they walk through the door. It’s your job to keep the day structured but joyful, to juggle logistics while staying present for kids and staff alike.
