Kaz James – ceo & Founder of APF
Kaz James is a highly respected leader in education and childcare, with over two decades of experience dedicated to transforming young people’s learning journeys. Holding a Master’s in Leadership and a certified teaching qualification, Kaz has committed his career to educational excellence and child development. He also holds the prestigious National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), equipping him with the expertise to lead and innovate in the education sector.
With six years of experience as a Headteacher and over 14 years as a specialist Physical Education teacher, Kaz has played a pivotal role in shaping school environments that foster academic, physical, and personal growth. Additionally, he has worked as an educational regulator in the UAE, ensuring that schools meet the highest standards in leadership, curriculum development, and child safeguarding
As the Founder and Director of APF since 2020, Kaz leads a team of highly skilled educators dedicated to delivering outstanding sports, physical education, after-school clubs, and holiday camps. His vision is rooted in the belief that every child deserves opportunities to thrive, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential.
